- This package is available after our free inspection and exclusion service of your attic or crawl space.
- Set bait traps in the problem areas. Re-bait traps on following visits.
- Visual inspections of entrance hot spots at the time of baiting.
Annual Termite Policies
After safeguarding your home against termites with a termite treatment, continue protection with an annual inspection. We offer 2 policies for termite protection. With either plan, if you suspect termites at any time throughout the year, we will come out free of charge to evaluate the situation and treat for termites as needed. Annual inspections of your crawl space can alert you to potential moisture and pest issues that can jeopardize the structure of your home and your health.
