James and Jay did an excellent and conscientious job on all of these services. I really appreciated their professional service and conscientious approach to the work. They also got me a price for some additional work, and I hope they are assigned to do it!! This includes a treatment under the house for insects, and replacement vents for the crawl."

 "I have been with Colonial for over 20 years. I won't say they are 100% perfect, but they have ALWAYS treated me fair and right! I had a mouse problem once and they responded better than I expected. I get a recurring ant problem but I live on land that was a forest mixed with swamp. Ants are not the worst problem I could have considering that. If the ants come, Colonial gets me treated in a very timely manner. Usually when we get rain after a dry spell so I'm sure when I have ants coming in, there are several people with the same issue! I'm not much for "Brand Loyalty" so if I've stayed with someone for 20+ years, you know they are doing something right!!! Note: I only tagged the services they have done for me."
